WHY DO PEOPLE CALL US? 

Each insurance company has their weakness.  One of the weaknesses they have in common is their lack of response.  People call us because they cannot reach the claims department, or their claim representative inspected their home and then never followed up.  The claims representative said that the claim was covered and then denies the claim.   The claims department issued a payment that will not cover the cost of repairs.  The insurance company sent a mitigation company to their home and is not covering the cost of the work performed and not paying the claim settlement.   

Some customers call us as they do not have the time to work the claim process on top of their normal life and job.   Some clients are out of state.  Some clients have a property manager or business manager that do not have the skill set to negotiate or handle an insurance claim.
